1. Assessment - how can we elevate your space?

Let’s have a chat about your coliving - you know it like nobody else! I start every project by getting to know you and understanding your aspirations, style and budget.

I am a digital nomad, I can come to you, be part of the community and we can work together on your project.

By speaking to you and your guests, I will conduct a research on what currently works and what doesn’t work at your place. You will get a report with a list of ideas on how to improve the experience of your guests.

2. Concept - the skeleton of the experience

Once we know what to tackle, it is time to explore your vision further. This is the stage where we decide on the spatial arrangement - what goes where - to make the space work for you and your guests. We will look into the design of each space in question to make sure it gives the best possible experience.

3. Full project - let’s pay attention to details 

This is where we bring the vision developed during the conceptual stage to a full project. You will get a package of technical drawings and specifications from which you can build.

Now it’s about finding the right builder. I can give you advice on how to find a good contractor.
